How Do I Place An Order?
Please go to an online shop. After you place your order please keep in mind that all of our items are handmade so, it may take some time to make it unless we have it ready in stock. Remember quality takes time and that is most important aspect of our products.
All transactions and prices listed on TSF by Katarina are in British Pounds.
TSF by Katarina makes every effort to ensure that all of the transactions that occur on our website are secure. Our payment method on this site is carried out with PayPal via credit card or Paypal balance gateway. Paypal is known as a secure payment system. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.
The items are usually shipped within 5 - 14 business days.
The delivery time is 2-3 business days in UK and 5 -7 business days to Europe and USA.
The delivery price is between £4.30 - £15.50 depending on the country. We ship orders to UK, Europe and USA via Royal Mail. All orders are sent via a tracked service and a signature is required upon delivery.

Once we receive this information we will email you a shipping quote specific to your location and order.
Orders and shipping must be paid for within 48 hours to secure your order.
If payment for shipping has not been made within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your order and return the item back to stock.
All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be assessed at the point of delivery.
Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
Returns & Refunds:
If you’re not fully satisfied with the order, you may return purchased products within 14 days from the date of which you received them. The products must be returned complete and unused in their original packaging. We will refund the order cost to your bank account if the item is still in a good condition. The buyer is responsible for the product until it reaches us and pays for the delivery cost.
If an item has arrived damaged, please contact us and we will send you a new order. Please notice that you have to send pictures of the damage on the item.
